Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending any event hosted by Her Sanctuary Club or His Sanctuary Club, you agree to the following:

• Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability. Spaces are limited and confirmed upon payment.
• Cancellations: You may cancel up to 7 days before an event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
• Health & Wellbeing: Participants take part in sessions (e.g. yoga, meditation, workshops) at their own discretion. Please inform the facilitator of any injuries or conditions prior to participation.
• Event Changes: We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the time, location, or facilitator of an event if necessary.
• Use of Photos: We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please let us know upon arrival.
• Respectful Conduct: All attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
